God wants to bless his church and God wants to bless the marriages of his people. But our God is a god of order, and he has established a way in which his blessing will flow.

In this essay (1400+ words) I explore the idea of Israel as the people of God breaking their covenant with God, and the consequences of that infidelity both for Jews and all those outside the people of Israel.

My conclusion is the controversial idea that the Christian church has replaced Israel as “the people of God.”
